Refund policy

Returns

All sales are final on the day the product is delivered and signed for. We track all the items we deliver and we can produce proof of delivery on request.

Our Incoterms are DAP which means we are responsible for the safe delivery of goods to the destination of choice and we cover the insurance costs in case they get damaged or lost in transit.

Clients can cancel orders at any time before the items get delivered to the address indicated in the purchase order.

If clients wish to return an item after it has taken delivery of the products, this is possible if the items are faulty and a return is required as part of our RMA process - for more details please email support@innon.co.uk

We do not accept returns if clients wish to return items which do not have a technical fault and they had already taken receipt of the goods and they were safely delivered to the correct address mentioned in the purchase order - for more details please email sales@innon.co.uk
